The Challenge
Sophie Bags is a start-up online handbag store, selling unique styles by up and coming designers to the young, urban market. Sophie Bags needed to create a hip online store that is both compelling and easy to buy from.

The Project
4Di worked with Sophie Bags to design and develop Sophiebags.com. We helped to define the look and shopping experience they envisioned and to identify an appropriate ecommerce platform for their needs and budget.

The Solution
4Di designed an ecommerce site that presents a cool, urban chic face to the world. Because this would be Sophie Bags' only sales channel, and search engine marketing is intended to be a significant element of their marketing campaign, the site was also designed with search engine optimization in mind.

4Di selected Yahoo Stores as the platform for hosting the site because it provided a reasonably robust solution which could be implemented in a very short time frame and at allow cost. From inception to launch, the entire site was designed, developed and taken live in less than 10 weeks, coming in ahead of schedule and under budget.
